Prepare

So today in 1st period PE, Started on my PDHPE assignment. Done about 1/4 of it all :), now i have like 3 emails in my inbox loaded with attachments i need to go through and summarise and stuff into a powerpoint presentation. hmm Very delightful but someones gotta do it, atleast it gives me some peace of mind that the assignment is getting done. LOL

Talking of PowerPoint presentations, we were doing one today in IST. Had that learning teacher guy Mr Do. We were to pick out a number out of a box at random and were sorted out into our groups of four. I had number 5 along with Ho,Ray, and Michael. (i know right, a very interesting group). Btw Michael tran is so gay, poked my bag and was like "hey girl", i have a name dude. Jeez. Well i made Michael swap with Victoria, and we ended up with with this epic group consisting of me,Victoria,Ray and Ho.

So our task in IST was to make a powerpoint presentation about a computer software, we chose Photoshop cs3. We were suppose to work as a "team" but unfortunately Ho and Ray were hogging most of the work. Me and Vic just sat there most of the lesson. Now next lesson we have to present it to the class, i have a feeling me and vic are gonna be stuck with that job.

So in math Ms Woodbridge was absent as she was gone to year 11 camp and we were stuck with Ms Wheatley for maths. Ew an english teacher for maths, it can't get any weirder than that. We marked our 2007 past papers and some people tried to study or w.e. Anh, Victoria and stephanie were talkig about their PE assignment, i just sat there stoned. I'm so bad at maths, Infact i'll show you a demonstration on my math techniques :o

The question and what i did to solve it:
(6m - 7)²
= (6m - 7)(6m+7)
= 36m² + 42m - 42m - 49
= 36m² - 49
The question and the correct way to solve it:

(6m - 7)²
= (6m - 7)(6m-7)
= 35m² - 84 + 49

See what i mean? Friggen so wrong, but i dont see why its wrong ? WHY DOES IT HAVE TO be (6m - 7)(6m-7) when the question is (6m - 7)²? I DUNNO isnt it suppose to be (6m - 7)(6m+7)?
but now i know what to do if i see that questions again

In drama we had to go to room A15 for theory. So basically that whole lesson we were 'revising' notes for halfyearlies and listening to Jonathan's monologue explaining his notes on drama which btw he got off me (least he credited it). LOL Christophe (not sure how to spell his name) was asking the whole table about some riddle which none of us could solve, so i got pissed and asked for the answer and even when he gave me the answer i needed him to explain it to me like 3 times before i actually understood it same with John but Victoria, she never understood it at all. x)

In conclusion:
- i learn I'm really really really good horrible at math and that there is no hope for me whatsoever for the half yearlies.
- Some riddles are weird
- Also i should be concluding this blog already so i can study my ass off. :)

Lotsa Love Lien
