Yesterday was HOT! But not as hot as TODAY. I stayed in Cabra for about 2 hours yesterday, it was literally hell. I got a haircut o; my fringe is short nows :X I got star straw thingy (: And today therese taugh me how to make it (:

Today, lessons were borinnng. Omgosh whats up with the careers? Soo boring....Rofl. For the lesson I attempted to make the stars..which failed. So i ended up making a rose Lol.
Basketball was hell. So hot and tiring

SLEEP
Have you heard of sleep paralysis? Well, my mum was talking to me about it. She said it has happened to her. You would be sleeping then you would wake up but just that you CAN'T get up. You can't move your body but you're awake. Apparently it feels as if something is holding you down. It is like a mix between reality and a dream, so you might hallucinate causing you to see things in your room/surrounding also you hear things. Apparently my mum said sometimes she would think it was a ghost, but when you wake up you know it wasn't real. While in sleep paralysis it may cause panick and fear. Well, I really can't remember much more.
