I bought this liquid eye pen liner the other day. You know what? It absolutely sucks.
Expectation:
Dark & Pigmented and easy to use. Fluid like.

Instead it was just sorta light and dry. Like a texta that was almost running out. Biggest waste of money.
I might get a proper eyeliner soon cause this one just sucks. Should stick to the felt ones with the little bottles :) I have textas that work as better eyeliners.
