Today was chinese New year.. obviously, so yeah it was quiet exciting and best day ever of the year. Haha not just cause of all the red pockets i was getting but other things LOL ! Like the family getting together for lunch + dinner. 10 hours of jam packed exciting stuff.
So it started off with lunch at 12 @ my cousins place.All i remembered was that we had like heaps of fried quail? Yeah like heaps there were plates and plates of that stuff. We just watched videos for a few hours while the adults were playing poker and stuff, yeah then after that we all got into our cars and drove to iron chef for dinner.
@ iron chef there were getting ready for those lion dances and they had empty red pockets which each table were suppose to fill up and then tie on a string near the table that was attached to the ceiling . (: some of those guys were cute LOL some were really :S ummm not so good looking.
Something sooo funny happened with my cousins, sis & i . When the lion was near our table we kept touching its tail, LOL yeah and stroking it back, woops bad mistake totally forgot some guy was under there. (i swear those lions are cute when you think about it) And he kept going out from the side saying "stop it" like three times. haha it didn't stop us. rofl but his were smilling as though he was enjoying it or something :) Then when the lion dances were over and all those lion dancers were going out , he waved at us ? o.o
Got late so we had to get home cause of school and work on monday. Such a good weekend. Not too hyped about school tomorrow -_- such a bummer.
